Contact enquiries

When you submit a form, your name, email, optional company and telephone information, subject, message, optional business size and preferred callback details are stored for handling your enquiry. Staff may record internal follow-up notes and processing status. The usual GDPR legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and (f), depending on the enquiry.

Optional project documents

Enquiries may include optional PDF, JPG or PNG attachments up to 4 MB. Attachments are stored in protected storage and accessible only in the admin area. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information. Retention and deletion periods must be determined before launch.

Job applications

Application information and optional PDF CVs are used to process applications. Retention periods and deletion routines must be confirmed before launch.

Analytics and cookies

The website counts aggregated page visits by path and date; enquiry source paths may also be stored for internal reporting without third-party advertising trackers. Technical session cookies are used for administration and form protection.
